Bestway Wholesale’s Retail Development Awards 2019
The winners of Bestway Wholesale’s Retail Development Awards (RDA’s) 2019 were revealed last night (Thursday 17th October 2019), at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, London.
The awards recognised outstanding achievements and business successes from independent and best-one Symbol Group retailers up and down the country.
The event saw a 400-strong audience of independent retailers, members of the best-one Symbol Group and Bestway Wholesale’s Xtra Local Retail club, as well as key industry suppliers, gather together to recognise the achievements.
The annual Retail Development programme is the only programme of its kind. Exclusive to Bestway Wholesale customers and best-one Symbol Group members, the programme gives independent retailers the opportunity to attend a seminar offering advice and guidance on how to best meet their customers’ needs and a trade show where they see new products from suppliers first hand. Retailers are then given six months to implement the learnings in their store to help drive sales before they have the chance to enter the Awards and potentially win a share of a total prize fund worth over £50,000.
